We decided it was time for Flat Stanley to go on an outing, so we took him the Naples Zoo. The entrance fee was a bit steep, but we had hopes of visiting a great Zoo. Sadly, we were disappointed. The Zoo was originally a botanical garden that apparently added the zoo portion as best they could. They have a limited number of animals, and in many cases, the viewing was obscured by the design of the enclosures.
After visiting a number of great zoos including the Toledo Zoo, we were less than impressed. Stanley seemed to enjoy himself, so the trip was worthwhile.
Flat Stanley was very brave and was not really scared. I think he found the snakes the most interesting. We would have all been scared if they were not behind the glass enclosures.
After over five years of full timing in our 06 Itasca Meridian, we have bought a home and traded the Meridian for a 2012 Winnebago View for our anytime travel adventures.

Was Flat Stanley scared of all of the animals?
What was Flat Stanley's favorite/scariest animal?
ops.. from Mrs. Baxter's Class :)
