Eating, sleeping and P......

The eleven days since Victoria was born has pretty much been consumed with helping out the new parents, as they adjust their lives to the new family member. This is by no means a chore, but rather a chance to enjoy this special period. Of course, we are exempt from all the middle of the night efforts of eating, sleeping and other things.

She is doing well and we are all enjoying this experience. Halley has managed to get into the act, as at least as far as the sleeping part goes. In this age of digital cameras, I am afraid to even count the number of pictures that have been taken. I am sure at some point down the road, I will be able to delete some of these, but I will save that for later.

Anneke and I did attend the RV Park Valentine’s day celebration and enjoyed the adult camaraderie for a few hours and even managed to test out the arch that was used on Sunday for those who were going to renew their vows.

This next week will likely be like the last, watching every move Victoria makes.

We hope you all had a great Valentine’s Day!

Sounds like all systems are operating normally. Who'd have thunk that even p.... would make grandparents happy?

Enjoy every moment with your special princess, they grow up too quickly. Before you know it, you'll be watching her dad walk her down the aisle. Maybe you shouldn't delete any of the baby pictures... :c)

She is a real cutey! I can understand all the pictures. Haven't seen any baby's first bath ones, though. :) Or naked on a bear rug. They're good for about 13 years from now...

What a sweetheart! It will be hard to leave, let me tell you! I'm beginning to feel the heartstrings tugging harder and harder from our three... heading home for tax time can't come soon enough for me!

What a sweet arch they had! Nice picture of you two!
