Puppy Love

We have been spending a lot of time around the campground due Anneke not feeling her best. While we have not carried on our usual activities, we have still been able to visit with our daughter-Katie. Today she stopped by with one of her three dogs for a nice visit.

This gave me an opportunity to practice some more with my new camera, a Canon Rebel T2i. The old Canon Rebel had a lot of pictures run thru it and I wanted a new one. I was going to go for the Canon 50D, but on close comparison, I found the new Rebel had most of the features of the 50D and a few it did not have. So, for less money and weight, I thought it was a no brainer for how I will use it.

We like pets, but choose to travel without them. We can get our pet fix at all three of our kids, who have more than enough.

Katie and Nova had a good visit and I practiced with the camera. It seems the only title appropriate for this entry is Puppy Love.

I just found the link to your blog and will definitely put it on my list.

I have been intrigued by the name "Anneke", as it reminds me of a really old Scottish song, "Annachie Gordon", and I wonder if they are both pronounced the same - Anna-Key.

The dog looks like a real sweetheart.

I think that is an excellent title!
We are doggie lovers too. We do travel with ours due to the fact that they were already in the family when we went full-time. So far it has worked out well.

Love your new camera. Looks like it is doing a terrific job.

Sure hope Anneke feels better real soon.
