Maumee Bay State Park
11 September 2007
We spent the last week at the Maumee Bay State Park enjoying the relatively good weather, bicycling, and wildlife viewing. For several days, we also enjoyed the company of our fellow members of the Maumee Valley Winnies RV club. This was largely done by enjoying a number of good meals together with the highlight being a great fish fry El Fresco.
There was also a breakfast in the rain and chats around the campfire.
Full timers from the club also managed to make this rally and shared their plans for their continued adventure. This was a reminder that we need to get on with making our travel plans for the coming months.
We also enjoyed a great BBQ at our friends Mark and Jerri Lathrop’s home, which successfully made it a great week of gourmet eating.

Ik ben ook heel blij. De tickets USA voor volgend jaar zomer zijn geboekt!!!!!!
Looks like a fun gathering with same minded people, that's always a good match.
Thanks for the shirt - I can't wait until I'm old enough to go camping!
