Heading to Winchester, OR

We continued south on route 101 and made numerous stops to enjoy the scenic coastal views, including a historic USCG lighthouse. 

We stopped at Winchester, OR at a very nice campground, Winchester Bay RV resort.  Great view of the harbor from our site.

The Three Capes Scenic Route

Leaving Tillamook, we headed south on the Three Capes Scenic Route.  About ten miles from Tillamook, we stopped at the Cape Mears Lighthouse.  There is no entrance fee and has a great view.

As we continued south on the scenic route, we made several stops along the way to enjoy the view.

We stopped for the night in Newport, OR.  The large campground at the marina was full, but we did get a site in the overflow area.  Luckily, just across the street was a brewery with a Pub.
