Cute it may well be, but what is that thing hanging out beneath its tail? Oh, I see, it's the tag that says "Do not remove this tag under penalty of law." I have actually removed those tags without threat from any agency, local, state or federal. If that animal is soft and cuddly, you can cuddle it. If it is not, you can place it on your bookshelf and admire it. It's a nice gift, whatever its message may be.
